  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; transferring money from 
  1.3             the TANF fund. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [TANF FUND TRANSFER.] 
  1.6      $9,500,000 shall be transferred from the state's federal 
  1.7   TANF block grant to the state's federal title XX block grant for 
  1.8   social service expenditures under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 
  1.9   256E.
