relating to public safety; appropriating money for prosecutorial training.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$100,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of public safety for a grant to the Minnesota County Attorneys Association to be used for
prosecutorial and law enforcement training, including trial school training and
train-the-trainer courses. The base appropriation for this activity is $200,000 in each of
fiscal years 2024 and 2025 and thereafter.
