grants; amending Laws 2005, First Special Session chapter 5, article 6, section
1, subdivision 2.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2005, First Special Session chapter 5, article 6, section 1, subdivision
2, is amended to read:



Subd. 2. BASIC SYSTEM SUPPORT. For basic system support grants under
Minnesota Statutes, section 134.355:
