  1.9   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.10                     HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES 
  1.11  Section 1.  [HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES; APPROPRIATIONS.] 
  1.12     The sums in the column under "APPROPRIATIONS" are 
  1.13  appropriated from the bond proceeds fund, or another named fund, 
  1.14  to the state agencies or officials indicated, to be spent to 
  1.15  acquire and to better public land and buildings and other public 
  1.16  improvements of a capital nature, as specified in this act.
