A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; amending prior appropriation for an ATV trail in
St. Louis County; amending Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article
1, section 7, subdivision 26.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 7, subdivision
26, is amended to read:
