 relating to minerals; clarifying land reclamation appeals; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2022, section 93.50.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 93.50, is amended to read:


93.50 APPEAL.

Any person aggrieved by any final order, ruling, or decision of the commissioner may
obtain judicial review of such order, ruling, or decision under sections 14.63 to 14.69.new text begin This
