  1.8   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.9      $200,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.10  commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the Minnesota 
  1.11  forest resources council for implementation of the generic 
  1.12  environmental impact statement study on timber harvesting and 
  1.13  forest management in Minnesota.
