dredge spoil on the Minnesota River.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin The Lower Minnesota River Watershed District may use up to $111,000 from money
appropriated in either fiscal year under Laws 2019, First Special Session chapter 4, article
1, section 4, paragraph (j), to reimburse the district for money the district owed the city of
Chaska to stabilize the Seminary Fen.
