  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [HERITAGE HALLS MUSEUM PROJECT; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $2,100,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 1999 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of trade and economic 
  1.9   development for a grant to the city of Owatonna for city 
  1.10  infrastructure for the Heritage Halls Museum project.
