 relating to economic development; making technical changes to certain
appropriations; amending Laws 2023, chapter 53, article 15, section 32, subdivision
6.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2023, chapter 53, article 15, section 32, subdivision 6, is amended to
read:


Subd. 6.

Administrative costs.

The commissioner of employment and economic
development may use up to one percent of the appropriation made for this section for
administrative expenses of the department.new text begin Of this amount, the Northland Foundation may
use up to five percent for administrative expenses.
