  1.4             district No. 625, St. Paul. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $300,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2001 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of children, families, and 
  1.9   learning for a grant to independent school district No. 625, St. 
  1.10  Paul, for planning and design of a new Achievement Plus facility 
  1.11  to be located in the Frogtown neighborhood.
