  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [REPEALER; BURNSVILLE TIF DISTRICT.] 
  1.8      Laws 1998, chapter 389, article 11, section 18, is repealed.
  1.9      Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.10     Section 1 is effective the day after its final enactment.
