1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. [38.345] APPROPRIATIONS BY MUNICIPALITIES.
1.7The council of any city and the board of supervisors of any town may incur expenses
1.8and spend money for county extension work, as provided in sections 38.33 to 38.38.
1.9 Sec. 2. EXTENSION POLICY; 4-H FEES.
1.10The Extension Service of the University of Minnesota shall adopt a policy
1.11authorizing participant fees imposed on a 4-H program in a county to be used for the costs
1.12of providing a 4-H educator in that county.
