  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; authorizing the city of Proctor to 
  1.3             issue additional liquor licenses; amending Laws 1999, 
  1.4             chapter 202, section 12. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Laws 1999, chapter 202, section 12, is amended 
  1.7   to read: 
  1.8      Sec. 12.  [CITY OF PROCTOR; LIQUOR LICENSE LICENSES.] 
  1.9      The city of Proctor may issue one three on-sale 
  1.10  intoxicating liquor license licenses in addition to the number 
  1.11  authorized by law.  All provisions of Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.12  chapter 340A, not inconsistent with this section, apply to the 
  1.13  license authorized under this section.
