A bill for an act
relating to appropriations; appropriating money to retire interfund loans incurred
by the city of Fergus Falls for certain purposes.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $448,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of finance,
for a grant to the city of Fergus Falls to retire interfund loans incurred by the city in
connection with the waste incinerator and steam heating facility at the Fergus Falls
Regional Treatment Center.
