  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to game and fish; allowing the shipment of 
  1.3             wild animals that were taken on the northwest angle 
  1.4             portion of the Red Lake Indian Reservation; proposing 
  1.5             coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 97A. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [97A.532] [SHIPMENT AND POSSESSION OF WILD 
  1.8   ANIMALS TAKEN ON THE RED LAKE INDIAN RESERVATION NORTH OF THE 
  1.9   49TH PARALLEL.] 
  1.10     A person may ship and possess, within or out of the state, 
  1.11  wild animals lawfully taken and possessed on the part of the Red 
  1.12  Lake Indian Reservation north of the 49th parallel.  The 
  1.13  shipment must have the shipping coupons required for a shipment 
  1.14  originating on the reservation.  No state license is required to 
  1.15  take and possess wild animals on the part of the Red Lake Indian 
  1.16  Reservation north of the 49th parallel.
