  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to state government; requiring establishment 
  1.3             of a toll-free telephone service for all Minnesotans 
  1.4             to call the legislature; appropriating money; 
  1.5             proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.6             chapter 3. 
  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  [3.315] [PUBLIC COMMUNICATION FACILITY.] 
  1.9      The legislative coordinating commission shall establish a 
  1.10  toll-free telephone service to permit all Minnesota residents to 
  1.11  contact legislators and legislative officials in St. Paul. 
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.13     $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.14  legislative coordinating commission for the purposes of this act.
