BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 123B.79 or 123B.80, on June 30,
2008, Independent School District No. 671, Hills-Beaver Creek, may transfer up to
$260,000 from its disabled access account to its undesignated general fund balance
without making a levy reduction.
