A bill for an act
 relating to commerce; repealing prohibition on municipality issuing more than
one off-sale license to any one person or place; repealing Minnesota Statutes
2012, section 340A.412, subdivision 3.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. REPEALER.

Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 340A.412, subdivision 3, is repealed.

EFFECTIVE DATE.

This section is effective the day following final enactment.
