relating to metropolitan government; requiring the Metropolitan Council to
include the Penn Avenue North bus rapid transit corridor in the transit capital
improvement program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

funding for preliminary and final design, engineering, and construction of infrastructure
improvements for bus rapid transit along Penn Avenue North in the city of Minneapolis.

final enactment and applies in the counties of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey,
