A bill for an act
relating to health; appropriating money to the commissioner of health to provide
subsidies to federally qualified health centers.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER SUBSIDIES.

$2,000,000 in fiscal year 2015 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of health to provide subsidies to federally qualified health centers under
Minnesota Statutes, section 145.9269. This appropriation is in addition to existing funding
for that purpose and is added to the base funding for the subsidy program.
