  1.2             relating to education finance; authorizing Independent 
  1.3             School District No. 801, Browns Valley, to exercise 
  1.4             remaining levy authority for disability access 
  1.5             projects. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [DISABLED ACCESS LEVY AUTHORITY; BROWNS 
  1.8   VALLEY.] 
  1.9      Notwithstanding the time limits established in Minnesota 
  1.10  Statutes, section 123B.58, subdivision 3, Independent School 
  1.11  District No. 801, Browns Valley, may levy its remaining disabled 
  1.12  access levy authority over five or fewer years. 
  1.13     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective the day 
  1.14  following final enactment.
