  1.3             noise barrier on marked trunk highway No. 252 in 
  1.4             Brooklyn Park. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [NOISE ABATEMENT BARRIER.] 
  1.7      The commissioner of transportation, in accordance with the 
  1.8   plan required under Minnesota Statutes, section 161.125, shall 
  1.9   at the earliest feasible time construct a noise abatement 
  1.10  barrier in the city of Brooklyn Park on the easternmost side of 
  1.11  marked trunk highway No. 252, from its intersection with 73rd 
  1.12  Avenue North to a point where 74th Avenue North would, if 
  1.13  extended, intersect marked trunk highway No. 252. 
  1.14     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.15     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
