BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; LAKE EMILY DAM.

$50,000 in fiscal year 2015 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of natural resources for a study of the effects of the Lake Emily dam in Crow Wing County
on water clarity and water levels in Lake Emily, Lake Mary, and the Little Pine River.
