BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The commissioner shall publish in the summary of hunting and fishing laws under
section 97A.051, subdivision 2, or shall post on the department Web site a list of all
defective and recalled deer stands.
