A bill for an act
relating to crimes; repealing the law prescribing commitment to the commissioner
of corrections for a felony sentence when there are 180 days or less and requiring
service of sentence in a local correctional facility; amending Minnesota Statutes
2004, section 609.105, subdivision 1; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2004, section
609.105, subdivisions 1a, 1b.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 609.105, subdivision 1, is amended to read:
