  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to game and fish; providing for a deficiency 
  1.3             in the appropriation for emergency deer feeding; 
  1.4             appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated from the game and fish fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of natural resources for emergency deer feeding in 
  1.9   the area of the state north of state highway 210 and U.S. 
  1.10  highway 10.  This appropriation is in addition to the 
  1.11  appropriation in Laws 1995, chapter 220, section 5, subdivision 
  1.12  7. 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.14     This act is effective the day following final enactment.
