  1.2             relating to taxation; repealing provisions providing 
  1.3             for the property tax refund on the property tax 
  1.4             statement; repealing Minnesota Statutes 1995 
  1.5             Supplement, sections 270B.12, subdivision 11; 276.012; 
  1.6             290A.055; and 290A.26; Laws 1995, chapter 264, article 
  1.7             4. 
  1.8   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.9      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.10     (a) Minnesota Statutes 1995 Supplement, sections 270B.12, 
  1.11  subdivision 11; 276.012; 290A.055; and 290A.26; and Laws 1995, 
  1.12  chapter 264, article 4, are repealed.  Notwithstanding Minnesota 
  1.13  Statutes, section 645.34, the sections of statutes amended by 
  1.14  the repealed Laws 1995, chapter 264, article 4, remain in effect.
  1.15     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.16     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
