  1.3             on-sale liquor licenses in Albert Lea. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [CITY OF ALBERT LEA; LIQUOR LICENSES.] 
  1.6      The city of Albert Lea may issue three on-sale liquor 
  1.7   licenses in addition to the number authorized by law.  All 
  1.8   provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 340A, not inconsistent 
  1.9   with this section, apply to the licenses authorized under this 
  1.10  section.
