A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; appropriating money for the construction of marked
Trunk Highway 14 in Steele County and Dodge County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin MARKED TRUNK HIGHWAY 14 CONSTRUCTION;
APPROPRIATION.

new text begin (a) $30,000,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $170,000,000 in fiscal year 2015 are
appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of transportation for right-of-way
acquisition and the planning, design, and construction of marked Trunk Highway 14, from
its intersection with Steele County Road 43 to its intersection with Dodge County Road 1.
