A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; appropriating money for the construction of marked
Trunk Highway 14 in Steele County and Dodge Center.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin MARKED TRUNK HIGHWAY 14 CONSTRUCTION;
APPROPRIATION.

new text begin (a) $30,000,000 in fiscal year 2014 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of transportation for right-of-way acquisition and the planning, design, and
construction of marked Trunk Highway 14, from its intersection with County State-Aid
Road 43 in Steele County to a point in the city of Dodge Center.
