  1.4             law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 181. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [181.791] [PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT; FLAME 
  1.7   RETARDANT CLOTHING.] 
  1.8      An employer shall provide flame retardant clothing and 
  1.9   protective equipment required by the employer, or by federal or 
  1.10  state law to an employee at no cost to the employee.
