  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; appropriating money for a 
  1.3             crisis intervention project in southeastern Minnesota 
  1.4             for developmentally disabled persons in home and 
  1.5             community-based services. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      Up to $150,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.9   commissioner of human services for start-up operating and 
  1.10  training costs for the action, support, and prevention project 
  1.11  of southeastern Minnesota.  This appropriation is for providing 
  1.12  crisis intervention through community-based services in the 
  1.13  private sector to persons with developmental disabilities under 
  1.14  Laws 1995, chapter 207, article 3, section 22.  The funding 
  1.15  shall be available July 1, 1998, until June 30, 1999.
