BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

[16A.1395] CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS IN ODD-NUMBERED
YEARS.

If an appropriation for the current biennium is not amended or eliminated by the
legislature on or before July 1 of an odd-numbered year, it remains in effect at the level
authorized on June 30 of the odd-numbered year until it is amended or eliminated by law.
