  1.3             disabilities pilot programs; appropriating money. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES PILOT 
  1.6   PROGRAMS.] 
  1.7      $40,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of children, families, and learning for fiscal year 
  1.9   2001 for the adults with disabilities pilot programs under Laws 
  1.10  1997, chapter 162, article 2, section 31, subdivision 4.  The 
  1.11  appropriation must be used to reinstate funding for the adults 
  1.12  with disabilities programs that were started in fiscal year 1998 
  1.13  or fiscal year 1999.  Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.14  section 124D.56, subdivision 3, pilot programs under this 
  1.15  section may not levy for the adults with disabilities program 
  1.16  revenue.
