state-held conservation easements; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota
Statutes, chapter 103G.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

BANK CREDIT.

In greater than 80 percent areas, preservation of wetlands subsequently protected by
a state conservation easement may be eligible for wetland banking credits, according to
rules adopted by the board.
