 relating to local government; establishing research and development facilities
and uses as conditional uses; amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, sections

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 394.301, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:
