  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to appropriations; authorizing capital 
  1.3             improvement funding to acquire wildlife land; 
  1.4             appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION FOR LAND ACQUISITION.] 
  1.7      $45,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of natural resources as a critical habitat match to 
  1.9   acquire 90 acres of land adjacent to the Ramsey mill pond 
  1.10  wildlife management area in Mower county. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [BOND SALE.] 
  1.12     To provide the money appropriated in section 1 from the 
  1.13  bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance, on request of 
  1.14  the governor, shall sell and issue bonds of the state in an 
  1.15  amount up to $45,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the 
  1.16  effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 
  1.17  16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 
  1.18  4 to 7. 
  1.19     Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.20     This act is effective the day following final enactment.
