A bill for an act
 relating to natural resources; removing a stream from the list of designated trout
streams.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. REMOVAL FROM TROUT STREAM DESIGNATION; COLD
SPRING CREEK; STEARNS COUNTY.

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 97C.005, Cold Spring Creek in Stearns
County shall not be designated as a trout stream.
