  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; allowing the town of Canosia to 
  1.3             permit the off-sale of intoxicating liquor until 10:00 
  1.4             p.m. on Monday through Saturday. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [TOWN OF CANOSIA; OFF-SALE HOURS.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding any other law, the town of Canosia may by 
  1.8   ordinance permit the off-sale of intoxicating liquor until 10:00 
  1.9   p.m. on Monday through Saturday. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     Section 1 is effective upon approval by the Canosia town 
  1.12  board and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021.
