A bill for an act
 relating to public safety; establishing a grant to reimburse local law enforcement
agencies for the costs of obtaining or replacing epinephrine auto-injectors;
appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $....... in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
public safety for grants to local law enforcement agencies to reimburse the costs of obtaining
epinephrine auto-injectors and replacing epinephrine auto-injectors that have expired. The
base for this appropriation is $....... in fiscal year 2024 and beyond.
