  1.2             relating to education; authorizing a fund transfer for 
  1.3             independent school district No. 624, White Bear Lake. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; WHITE BEAR LAKE.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 121.912, 
  1.7   121.9121, and 123.36, subdivision 13, independent school 
  1.8   district No. 624, White Bear Lake, may deposit the proceeds from 
  1.9   a sale of property into the capital expenditure fund of the 
  1.10  district without making a levy reduction.
