  1.3             balance of an appropriation for an exclusive busway. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION CANCELLATION.] 
  1.6      The unobligated balance of the appropriation for an 
  1.7   exclusive busway specified in Laws 2000, chapter 490, article 7, 
  1.8   section 3, is canceled. 
  1.9      Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.10     This act is effective the day following final enactment.
