A bill for an act
relating to state government; requiring transfer of property at the Department of
Human Services' Cambridge campus to Anoka-Ramsey Community College;
appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin TRANSFER OF PROPERTY AND APPROPRIATIONS TO
ANOKA-RAMSEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

new text begin (a) The commissioner of human services must transfer all real property on the
department's campus in Cambridge to the Anoka-Ramsey Community College for
development of trades programs to be offered at the community college's Cambridge
campus.

new text begin (b) The commissioner of management and budget must determine the amount of
appropriations to the commissioner of human services for the fiscal year ending June 30,
2015, that are related to operation of programs at the Department of Human Services'
campus in Cambridge. The amount determined by the commissioner is reduced from
appropriations to the commissioner of human services and is transferred and appropriated
to the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for development of trades programs at
the Cambridge campus of the Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
