  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to economic development; coordinating certain 
  1.3             St. Paul economic development and employment programs; 
  1.4             appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; ST. PAUL JOBS AND ECONOMIC 
  1.7   DEVELOPMENT CONNECTION.] 
  1.8      $400,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.9   department of trade and economic development for the Minnesota 
  1.10  job skills partnership board for the purpose of funding the 
  1.11  program of the city of St. Paul which connects the economic 
  1.12  development activities of the St. Paul port authority with the 
  1.13  city of St. Paul's employment and job development programs.  The 
  1.14  appropriation is available until spent.
