  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; appropriating money for 
  1.3             recruiting school administrators and teachers. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [MINNESOTA SERVICE COOPERATIVES; 
  1.6   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated in fiscal year 2000 and $....... 
  1.8   is appropriated in fiscal year 2001 from the general fund to the 
  1.9   department of children, families, and learning for the Minnesota 
  1.10  service cooperatives for the purpose of recruiting school 
  1.11  administrators and teachers through a collaborative effort of 
  1.12  education agencies. 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.14     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
