  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to the environment; appropriating money. 
  1.3   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.4      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.5      $78,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.6   commissioner of the pollution control agency to study frog 
  1.7   tissues as biological indicators and to develop an index for 
  1.8   wetlands water quality using invertebrates and amphibians. 
  1.9   $28,000 of the appropriation must be given to the center for 
  1.10  global environmental education at Hamline University.
