  1.3             for the laying of fiber optic cable from Virginia to 
  1.4             International Falls; appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $2,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal 
  1.8   year 2001 to the commissioner of administration for purposes of 
  1.9   laying fiber optic cable from the city of Virginia to the city 
  1.10  of International Falls.
