A bill for an act
relating to liquor; authorizing the city of
Bloomington to issue an on-sale license to the
Bloomington Art Center.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin BLOOMINGTON; ON-SALE.

new text begin Notwithstanding any law, local ordinance, or charter
provision to the contrary, the city of Bloomington may issue an
on-sale intoxicating liquor license to the Bloomington Art
Center, or to an entity holding a concessions contract with the
center. The license may only authorize sales to persons
attending performances, exhibitions, and other events at the
center. The license authorizes sales on all days of the week.
