A bill for an act
 relating to Hennepin County; requiring an agreement
that the Minnesota Twins will be renamed the Hennepin
County Twins if specified county taxes are approved.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Hennepin County for purposes of financing the construction of a
new baseball stadium is not effective until the county has
entered into a binding agreement with the Minnesota Twins
requiring the team name to be changed to the Hennepin County
Twins.
